Mr. Vandermast is an accomplished senior executive focused on developing products and services for complex technological solutions. He has experience managing multi functional organizations in executive roles including general management, sales, business development and operations. With 30 years of experience in business strategy execution in both large and small companies. Mr. Vandermast has extensive experience in managing complex programs in technology, science and enterprise product development. As an innovative, decisive leader with success in strategic business planning, development and implementation, he has been involved in M&A life cycles and company integrations into new operating environments. Mr. Vandermast has extensive experience building business unit operations, sales infrastructure, product development, and sales/marketing strategies to optimize revenue, profit, client/partner engagement and market share. Mr. Vandermast holds an MBA degree from Purdue University and a BS in Engineering from Clarkson University.
