Dr. Matt Defrese has 10+ years of drug product and/or dietary supplement development experience, with broad expertise across the range of CMC activities from early stage pre-formulation through scale-up and commercial launch, and is adept at applying advanced statistical techniques in product development and manufacturing support. He earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky with a focus on bioavailability and stability enhancement, formulation of high potency compounds, and application of light scattering methods.
